While at IBM, I have conducted user research and usability tests, created wireframes, and designed user flows for mobile and web for major clients, including top financial services institutions, life sciences corporations, aerospace and defense companies, IBM Research and IBM Watson Health.

IBM Watson Health Imaging
Supporting one of Watson Health pillars, I worked with a small team to iterate and design the UI for an imaging tool that looks at the available patient data and surfaces relevant information to the reason for study, enabling radiologists to more efficiently and effectively read various images.
Through collaboration with UX research to gain UI feedback and insight into the end user’s role behavior, I helped design an imaging tool to seamlessly fit into the clinician's workflow and integrate with existing imaging solutions. In addition, I supported UX research during on-site visits by recording insights, data and creating artifacts from these visits, which fed back into my design process.
Life Sciences Corporation Accelerated Visioning
As part of a larger patient engagement strategy with a life sciences corporation, the IBM UX Design team was brought in to facilitate an IBM Design Thinking workshop to establish the foundation for the future state patient engagement experience: to provide the most appropriate and transparent patient care across the health care ecosystem.
I helped support the team in an IBM Design Thinking workshop with the client to understand and empathize with the five personas: two patients, a caregiver, a provider and a payer. From the workshop, the team synthesized key findings to create experience journey maps focusing around two patient personas. In the journey maps, we highlighted key areas for opportunities to engage with their users. These touch points allowed me to conceptualized a future state patient engagement experience for mobile, tablet and web during white-boarding sessions with the design team.
Financial Services RFP Response
As part of a small team, I provided UX research and design support for a proposed redesign of the financial sciences dot com site. My responsibilities included conducting competitive analysis, creating personas, preparing a sentiment analysis and design support.
